Instantor is a fast growing Swedish Fintech company and we are now looking for a Jack-of-all-trade within Infrastructure/Devops. We run a tight ship so this is an opportunity for someone that wants to work strategically as well as hands-on.
This role will manage our infrastructure and take ownership of our AWS environment to support our 24/7 business. You will work closely with our developers to understand and facilitate for their products to run efficiently.
Setting a infrastructure strategy based on company vision
Cloud security architecture and design Principles
Setting a security requirements and compliance guidelines for new releases
Managing visibility for accessing cloud environment and automate actions/alerts for unauthorized access
Working with and building resources in Amazon Web Services
Using different monitoring tools like Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus, Cloudwatch etc...
Managing services as Nginx, Apache,Openvpn, FreeIPA, Tinc, Jenkins
Managing Elastic Search, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis
Managing Linux containers, Docker and LXDs
Managing and hacking Debian, Ubuntu and Alpine Linux operating systems
Scripting in Bash
Public Key Infrastructure
Network security and configuration
Identity & Access Management (least privilege access control)
Regular “internal-IT tasks” like setting up accounts when new colleagues are joining.
Support sales in with technical questions from customers
Preferred: + 5 years within IT in different positions
Experience in IT operations
Experience from critical systems with strict security and availability requirements
Experience in multiple IT-technologies and eager to learn more
Experience in IT infrastructure architecting
Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC: eg. Terraform/ CloudFormation, CDK, github, etc.)
Dynamic and flexible
Ability to both get hands dirty into the terminal and planning for the future
Working experience from
Continuous Integration/delivery systems such as Jenkins or CircleCI
Monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana and CloudWatch
Linux Containers, Docker and LXD
